What this means
- API4 returns usable creator posts for drafting.
- The endpoint currently returns posts older than the requested start in multiple windows.
- The response does not carry complete pagination or a fetched_at watermark for the requested window.
- Dan's every-post endpoint must provide the production completeness contract.
